Delivery and Returns
As a small business (of just me) please appreciate that I pack all of the orders from my home and still use the Post Office and Royal Mail with drop and go. This therefore means I get the tracking number after I have completed your order and dropped off your package. Currently I go to the post office Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I send everything second class signed for, this usually means it is delivered 2–3 business days later, however due to covid Royal Mail can take a little longer. I will send you an email notification once your order has been dispatched and you can contact me at any time if you have any questions.
Unfortunately, until the rules become more clear surrounding shipping to the EU, as a small independent brand I will not be accepting orders from Europe, I am so sorry for any inconvenience.
If you have any problems with your order, please contact me as soon as possible so that I sort it out for you. I always like to ensure all customers are happy and I will always try my best to resolve any issues that come up.
As your skin’s happiness is so important to me, all BAO products have a “no-reaction” promise. This means if you’re unhappy with the products please notify me as soon as possible and I can arrange a refund for you.
Please keep in mind that BAO products are handmade and natural so they can differ from batch to batch (slight changes in colour or scent for example) however they all have an expiry date which is set from the date they are made not opened.
*Damages: If you receive a damaged product or item , please contact me immediately sending a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org . I will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 24 hours of delivery.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
An order can be cancelled and refunded in full to the card used, if it has not been fulfilled and dispatched.
If you receive a product and have issues, please email me email@example.com asap with photos, order number and information about your concerns so I can resolve it for you. BAO Skincare will cover postage costs for returns + exchanges that are the fault of the brand, but I do not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to BAO Skincare.
Your happiness is my main priority so BAO Skincare offers a "No Reaction" Promise. This means, if you use your products and have a reaction or they just don't suit your skin BAO Skincare will refund you in full. I will always do what I can to ensure you select the correct products for your skin as I want you to love all of your BAO products.
I accept both debit and credit cards via the system Stripe which is fully protected.
Please note discount codes, welcome discounts and free gifts are one per person not per email address and codes can not be used in conjunction with any other offers, discount codes or free gifts.
