Do I really need to use a mask?
If you're struggling with reactive irritated skin then we would say 100% yes. But it's about choosing the right mask for your skin needs. Face masks are designed to add extra nourishment and hydration to your complexion.
Should I remove a face mask or leave it on?
Some masks are designed to be used every night and left on whereas some are designed to be used a couple of times a week and to be removed. Choose which is best for you and your skin.
Which mask is best for my skin type?
If you have extremely dry, irritated reactive or sensitive, extreme dehydration redness or rosacea we would definitely recommend using Nourishing Overnight Mask.
If you struggle with acne breakouts, oily combination or dehydration we'd recommend Recovery Face Mask.
But remember Nourish Overnight Mask is a balm which means it contains no water whereas Recovery Face Mask is a creamy, lighter face mask.
