Emma's tip

Apply on wet or dry skin depending on how intensely you'd like to exfoliate.

Applying to dry skin gives a more intense exfoliation, while damp skin feels a lot softer.

The ritual

1. Massage onto dry or damp skin.
2. Start at the feet, gradually moving up your body in circular movements (can be used over the whole body).
3. Gently wash off and massage any excess oil into the skin helping nourish and absorb all the goodness.

Almond oil is a mild non-irritating skin oil that has wonderful nourishing properties.

It helps keep skin soft, smooth and supple and it can be used for all skin types.
