Emma's tip

Run your bath slightly cooler than usual and add the salts under the running tap so they dissolve fully before you step in. The Bath + Body Oil works hardest when massaged into still-damp skin straight out of the bath — don't dry off completely first.

The ritual

1. Run a warm bath and add a generous scoop of Healing Bath Salts under the running water, letting them dissolve fully.
2. Soak for at least twenty minutes to let the Epsom and Himalayan salts work into tired muscles and the essential oils calm a busy mind. Breathe deeply.
3. Step out and pat skin lightly with a towel, leaving it slightly damp.
4. Massage Healing Bath + Body Oil into still-damp skin in long, sweeping motions — focus on areas that feel dry or tight. The damp skin helps the oil absorb and lock in hydration.
5. No bath? Try a foot soak instead — add a small handful of salts to a basin of warm water, soak for fifteen minutes, then massage the oil into feet and legs.
6. Recommended to use weekly as part of your wind-down ritual, or whenever the body and mind need a reset.
