How do I join?
Joining couldn't be easier: Just click the Sign up/Login button at the top of the page to get started. You will then be prompted to login to your Happy Skin Club account or create an account.
Does it cost anything to join?
Membership is 100% free, and there is no additional cost for earning or redeeming rewards. You may earn points purchasing BAO products on our site or through the other actions listed.
How do I earn points?
Please take a look at the Ways to earn points section where all the ways to earn points are listed.
Can I buy extra points?
Sorry, no. But you can always continue to earn points for doing fun things.
How do I view/redeem my points?
If you want to view or redeem your points, just click on the Rewards tab at the bottom of the page. You then have the opportunity to redeem the points for the allotted discount, which will be applied to your order.
Can I combine points with an additional discount code?
No. Discount codes must be redeemed separately.
When do 25% off friend referral credits appear in my account?
Once your referred friend (we love a new bestie) completes their purchase via the link you sent them, you will be notified by email that you have a 25% off redeemable reward, minimum spend £60.
Do my points expire?
No, there's no time limit to redeem your points.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
The points value of the returned product will be debited from your overall balance (as if you hadn't made the purchase at all).
