Refunds & Exchanges

An order can be cancelled and refunded in full to the card used, if it has not been fulfilled and dispatched. 

If you receive a product and have issues, please email me hello@baoskincare.co.uk asap with photos, order number and information about your concerns so I can resolve it for you. BAO Skincare will cover postage costs for returns + exchanges that are the fault of the brand, but I do not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to BAO Skincare.

Your happiness is my main priority so BAO Skincare offers a "No Reaction" Promise. This means, if you use your products and have a reaction or they just don't suit your skin BAO Skincare will refund you in full. I will always do what I can to ensure you select the correct products for your skin as I want you to love all of your BAO products.

Please keep in mind that BAO products are handmade and natural so they can differ from batch to batch (slight changes in colour or scent for example) however they all have an expiry date which is set from the date they are made not opened.

*Damages: If you receive a damaged product or item , please contact me immediately sending a photo to hello@baoskincare.co.uk . I will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 24 hours of delivery.
