THE HAPPY PREGNANCY SKIN ROUTINE

HAPPY MORNING FACE

Your easy morning routine is here and you are just steps away from hydrated dewy skin!

STEP 1

Splash your face with lukewarm water, not too cold and not too hot as these temperatures can cause irritation to your skin. Take your Refreshing Face Wash and place 2 pumps into your damp palms and lather up. Massage all over your face, then rinse off with water or remove with a damp cloth.

STEP 2

Pat your face dry and then using Hydrating Rose Mist spritz 5-8 pumps all over your face and neck and allow to soak in for 2 mins. (I usually brush my teeth here or do some squats).

STEP 3

Then take a small 5p size amount of Recovery Face Cream smooth all over your face and neck using upwards sweeping movements, it soaks in quickly so no need to worry about waiting to apply any make up. Finish off with a swipe of Lip Saviour and you’re ready to take on the day! ADDED BONUS - For extra nourishment or if you have dry or dehydrated skin, add 1-2 drops of Restorative Beauty Oil to your Recovery Face Cream too.

HAPPY BEDTIME FACE

Then before bed, or after you have finished work follow these quick and easy steps.

STEP 1

Every other evening massage Radiance Face Scrub into damp skin all over your face and neck, then simply remove with a damp cloth ( oh my gosh you will love how silky soft your face feels after!)

STEP 3

Using Hydrating Rose Mist spritz 5-8 pumps all over your face and neck and allow to soak in for 2 mins. (I usually brush my teeth here or do some squats).

STEP 4

This is where the magic happens over night. Take a small amount of Nourish Urself Balm into your palms, it will melt, then massage, taking your time if you can, all over your face and neck. Sweep over your eyes too as the oils really help to make your lashes grow! Now close your eyes and get ready to wake up to ultra soft skin!

HAPPY PREGNANCY BODY

It’s easy to think about switching up your facial products when you are pregnant, but what about your body products? No point using beautiful natural and organic face creams and washes , to then go slapping on your body Nivea or Vaseline! Especially as your body skin is closer to your little buba growing inside your bump, so just a few ideas for you……

EVERY DAY

In the shower or bath try cleansing with Reviving Body Wash, no harsh chemicals or drying sulphates, and you only need a couple of pumps per use. Follow this by smoothing Reviving Body Cream all over yourself at least once a day. This will help to keep your skin soft and hydrated as I’ve been told it can get a little dry and itchy during pregnancy.

If you want to keep stretch marks away then definitely massage Nourish Urself Balm all over your tummy at least once a day. Packed with organic shea butter and calendula oil it will help to keep the skin supple and help to increase skin elasticity and moisture.

ONCE A WEEK

After 16 weeks, taking a Healing Salt Bath once a week will be very beneficial. The blend of epsom and himalayan salts will help to soothe achey muscles and soothe dry skin. Massage Healing Body Oil onto damp skin afterwards, this will really lock in moisture and keep skin intensely moisturised.

Try adding in an all over body scrub too, if you can with Luminosity Body Scrub. This will leave your skin super soft and hydrated.
